MEAL PLANNING

I love taking photos of my food.  Above I have 2 scrambled eggs with fresh mushrooms, 1 slice of whole wheat toast, and 1 cup of strawberries.  So filling!

On the right is one of my favorites.  Chocolate Shakeology energy balls.  I’m a muncher, especially at night.  So instead of reaching for that bag of chips, I reach for an energy ball!
