Welcome to my fitness blog!

Today I decided to start a health and fitness blog.  I want to share my journey with all of you because I have never felt better in my life than I do at 36 years old.  I took this picture a week ago and I love it.  I work out daily for approximately 30 minutes a day.  Yup!  That’s it!  I also eat clean, which is 80% of the battle.  You simply can’t out exercise a bad diet!  This change from chips, sodas, chocolate, and constant snacking, to eating 6 smaller meals a day has been nothing short of AMAZING, to say the least.  I LOVE IT!  Not only have I learned to eat the right foods, I enjoy those foods and I’ve completely rid my body of IBS, gut aches, and that overall feeling of bloating and crappiness!!  And if I can inspire you to feel better too, then there’s an accomplishment!  Stay tuned as I add to my blog weekly for healthy recipes, meal ideas, and accountability through my challenge groups.
